Accidents in Public Places
Accidents frequently happen in public and private places. The majority of these accidents occur on public roads or footpaths, playgrounds or leisure centres, shops or supermarkets and pubs or restaurants.
Such accidents are often caused by people slipping or falling on wet, slippy or poorly maintained surfaces. As always if you have been injured as a result of such an accident, you should immediately seek medical attention. Once you have sought medical attention it is essential that you contact us immediately, so that we can arrange to have the area where the accident occurred inspected by an engineer or an appropriate expert. It is also possible that the area was covered by CCTV footage and if so, the footage needs to be preserved. At Hanahoe and Hanahoe Solicitors we appreciate that immediate action is required in such accidents and we guarantee a fast and efficient service to ensure that all the necessary evidence is collected immediately so that your Personal Injuries action is successful.
